Join us at MINDSET for a FREE, professionally led peer support group for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis and their caregivers.
Led by Cynthia A. Thompson, M.Ed., LPCS, our monthly gathering offers a welcoming place to connect with others who understand the MS journey, participate in gentle seated exercise, share experiences, and enjoy fellowship and community.
Meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Our first Connects Us meeting is Wednesday, September 16th from 1 pm to 2:30 pm.

No RSVP needed. Caregivers welcome.

They Are At it again......
Steve Timmons and Travis Ehrhardt have teamed up again to create awareness and financial help for those living with multiple sclerosis by being apart of the 2026 MS RUN THE US Relay.
We are running 143 miles in 5 days and joining 19 other runners to comple the LA to New York run.
