A modern approach to wellness. This small group personal training program will include an intentional focus on five areas of wellness: cardiovascular, overall strength, balance, core/flexibility, and cognition.
This membership includes one class per week to be attended on the same day of week and time for 8 weeks. Series runs from September 10th to October 29th, 2025. Class time options include Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 to 11 am.
