Gait: reduce falls by improving balance and awareness

August 2025

Fridays from 10 - 11 am

identify walking patterns

pinpoint weak muscles, asymmetries, target areas of weakness

improve the gait cycle and what tools could help

refine walking patterns and improve stamina

 

 

STAIRS: building knee strength and weight shifting

september 2025

Fridays from 10 - 11 am

September 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th

identify & improve muscles and joint stability

focus on weight shifting, foot clearance, and posture

improve confidence and independence

modify movements that lead to knee pain and fatigue on stairs

improve your strength and endurance
